It’s on Netflix I believe. I’d love for 10 to reboot it someday for Nickelodeon.
Hulu also released several first-look photos of the new season of Futurama.
Why would a non-Disney production make it onto Disney+?
Disney+ has a few non Disney / Fox shows. Most recently Universal’s The Office, Warner Bros’ Young Sheldon, Paramount’s Transformers and of course BBC’s Bluey (yes BBC not ABC).
More likely to go to Netflix where Jonathan M. Shiff Productions already screen like The Bureau of Magical Things.
Bluey is a BBC/ABC co-production
Star always reminded me of Austar. Think they have a lot more fun with the Hulu brand in the US (Huluween, Hulu IDs) and treat it more like its own distinct cable channel.
Sad that they are shutting down the Hulu app
Star itself was the umbrella brand for former Fox movies and shows on D+ AND the replacement name for overseas TV channels, rather than the original pan-Asian satellite network…
Like when it landed in HK via a local ISP, this was the promo visual with Star and Deadpool…
So it’s basically a russian doll of acquired brands ![]()
Also not surprised they’re shutting Hulu down domestically - Amazon didd the same with Freevee a while back too IIRC
