It says right there that Paramount still owns the first four films. So obviously Disney has struck a deal.
Apparently Paramount+ and Disney+ will share according to articles. It seems that Paramount will also get credit for IJ5 based on the poster (similar to Avengers and Iron Man 3)

Miranda Otto, one of the leading actors of upcoming Australian drama The Clearing, is on the cover of Sunday Life magazine inside The Sun-Herald and Sunday Age today.
Otto and co-star Teresa Palmer attended the Sydney and Melbourne premieres this week.
They were interviewed together on The Project.

I spent the weekend watching some of the titles I never got to at the time and then catching up on Season 2 of Mighty Ducks Game Changers which feels like it’s only been out for like 6 months…
One of the titles I watched, The One and Only Ivan - I thoroughly recommend, I watched it with my 4.5 yr old daughter and we both loved it. Really lovely little family film. By no means it is high brow cinema but a good film to enjoy with the family so if that is you, try to watch before it is taken away.

The take-downs took effect on May 26, according to the filing. A review of remaining streaming fare is continuing. Disney said it expects more programming to be removed from direct-to-consumer and other platforms, largely during the rest of the company’s fiscal third quarter. About $400 million (US dollars) in further impairment charges will result, Disney projects.
In addition, the filing goes on to say, “the company may terminate certain license agreements for the right to use content on its platforms, which would result in the removal of licensed content from its platforms and lead to impairment and/or contract termination charges as well as cash payments. The company currently expects that any such charges and payments related to licensed content would be meaningfully less than the impairment charges related to produced content.”

Disney wants to control how their content is used, stripping it from all non-Disney controlled services makes this easier to achieve - this statement makes it clear that it’s not a money thing too.
Its not a great outcome for consumers, but I’m not sure Disney really care about that
