Looking forward to both.
Yeah definitely doesn’t seem to be much hype, even the announcement of the Resurrection series seems to have been somewhat buried in the news that Michael C. Hall is returning to both series.
Paramount/Showtime really leveraging a thin idea of extending the series further by utilising existing IP and IMO in this case it’s not really worthy of that.
Let’s see I guess.
It’s interesting you say that because my dad messaged me on the weekend after the announcement and he didn’t realise they were actually two different programs.
Could be the way the announced them?
I went back and read it and I can see how the headlines could be misinterpreted.

Has anyone been watching Dexter: Original Sin?
It’s fantastic television. The last few episodes have really ramped things up. Patrick is just as amazing as Michael is in the role.
Definitely must watch Friday television.
Great show. Look forward to Friday nights.
Yes loving it, gets better with each episode. Ties in so well with the original series.
It really does. Everyone is cast perfectly. And adding in the three “new” characters was genius. I’m so curious to see what happens to them before the original started. And I loved the little throwback from last week. “He wants to be a DA. He’s dreaming”.
Good news; great series.
Dexter: Resurrection will premiere in the US on July 11.
