Once again, the lack of diversity seems to be a prevalent theme at Seven. Also the live band is no longer there.

The first problem could’ve been easily addressed if they included the celebrities that competed in the 10 seasons or included some new wildcards that didn’t scream white bread casting.

Apart from 4 pros, everyone else is from the Channel 10 seasons.

Just wondering is Seven using the same music for the elimination and judges scores segments that 10 used (and also used by the American and UK versions)? From memory the last iteration of Seven’s version used different music for those segments.

From the TV Tonight newsletter:

Aww. On the DWTS edit room floor: Daryl acknowledged former hosts Daniel MacPherson, Grant Denyer & Amanda Keller.

Seems like something Seven would do, would’ve been a nice touch to acknowledge it though.

The British version of Dancing with the stars had a gay person with a male dancer on. If BBC can so be diverse then why can’t Seven. Not only that ,all white people ! No diversity what so ever.

Seems like everyone is keen to forget the death knell (at least of the first iteration on seven) that was the Shane Bourne hosted season…

This show will be on Ten… when Gogglebox reviews it :)… assuming Gogglebox doesn’t finish before this show starts.

DWTS: All Stars premieres on Sunday night, while Gogglebox will still be on next Wednesday/Thursday.

Given the stuff Daryl Somers has been in the news for recently, I reckon we should strap ourselves in for opinions from Australia’s most famous TV viewers which will make their critiques of “You’re Back In The Room” five years earlier seem very tame by comparison!

Still confused to why Schapelle is on this and they aren’t saving her for Big Brother VIP or whatever its called, but knowing 7 they wont be too concerned with her on both. You can’t really show much personality on DWTS.
