Itâs the first time Pakistan beat Australia in a T20 in 2,650 days.
You have to consider that Australia were missing several key players and three made their T20 debut (Matt Renshaw, Jack Edwards and Mahli Beardman).

Pakistan defeats Australia again and wins the T20 series.
After a difficult start with 3 wickets lost after 7 overs, they were able to push through with captain Salman Agha contributing 76 off 40 (8 fours, 4 sixes). Only 2 wickets were lost for the rest of their innings.
Darwin locks in test match between Australia and Bangladesh
Territorians have more international cricket to look forward to with confirmation Darwin will host its first Test match in 22-years as part of a huge multi-match deal.
International cricket returned with a bang in 2025 with two action-packed T20 international games between Australia and South Africa, which generated $4.25 million in economic activity.
In a major level up on that achievement, this August Marrara Stadium will host the Ashes-winning Australian squad against Bangladesh, with the likes of Travis Head and Pat Cummins possibilities to feature.
The multi-match deal also includes two T20 internationals for 2027.

Pakistan whitewashes Australia in style.
The biggest Australian T20I defeat ever with 111 runs down. If this is the series to warm up for the T20WC, confidence certainly didnât get a boost.
Green, Stoinis, Philippe combined for 59 off 61. The rest of team got 37 off 41.
Just 20 minutes before the time of this writing, the Pakistani govt announced the national cricket team will boycott the U19WC match vs. India on Feb 15. No reason, but hey, two free points to opponent?

England knocks out defending champs Australia to advance to the U19WC final.
Theyâll meet winner of Afghanistan v India to be played tomorrow. The final is Friday. Both start 6.30pm AEDT.
Itâs England v India in the U19WC final. A 37-run outing in the 6th and 7th overs certainly helped IND.
Then on Saturday, we move onto the T20WC.
