I might be wrong, but I think the news helicopter has had to refuel, hence why we are not seeing live shots.

This would be partly the reason why Nine has ended their coverage. Seven at the moment is only doing street level crosses and interviews.
Remember the days when all networks had their own choppers, they were the days.
