Agree. I never found the NSW reporting of numbers confusing. It was quite simple and informative. Sounds like the numbers coming through this morning are not good.

The language Iâm picking up is, something harder is going to be announced in the next 24hrs.

They can piss fart around with the maximum economic approach vs restrictions, however itâs 2-3 months of borders shut off. Victoria was in and out within 4 weeks.
Definitely sounds like tougher restrictions and a wider lockdown area (I.e Greater Sydney) is coming. Kerry Chant is sounding quite tense this morning. Gladys appeared worried. Hazard was speechless.

Less, restrictions eased after 2/3 weeks.
And now this can go on here for 2 months instead of 3 week of pain.

A snap metro lockdown for 14 days could have her borders open by 31st July.
This bits and pieces approach will result in 31 August, perhaps into September. Same as the start of the year.

From my understanding Victoria has sent 290 Police patrol units to the border yesterday, Also, there is big patrol unit at the airport which I think is adequate for now.
