What doesnāt help.. Iām in the Clarence.. The same zone that got 39*c on Sunday.. An added bonus?.. House has got NO AIRCON.
Just been pure bad luck in the last 2 months to be fair. First multiple severe storms with lightning within 1km, then the power point which the lamp I have plugged into gave up.. Then the TV in my room blew an LED lightstrip.. and then just today, headphone came loose.
Whatās next? A bloody blizzard in April?

Wow thatās a lot. And Iām only trying to get a tv screen fixed thatās only hardly even broken. lol.
The Northern Rivers of NSW has been one of the hardest hit areas for sure. Grafton is a furnace for at least six months of the year; down the road in Woolgoolga is much better. I know thatās coastal and so isnāt comparable to the inland valleys but the difference is as stark as Mitchell.
Melbourne may not warm up at all this summer for any length of time if the SAM stays negative; I hope it stays cool in Jan as thatās when Iām down that way. You did have a few hot days last week though, as hot as we had in Bungendore with warmer mins to boot. Iām thankful for the cool in Melbourne as that means itās just pleasant here with cool nights.

I mean.. Grafton was even hotter than Darwin around midday today. Grafton was 36 degrees. Darwin was 27
Meanwhile down in Hobart this Christmas Day, 12 degrees max. Looking at prior years, definitely an unusual maximum for December!

Mixed bag for Chrissy. Here in old Melbourne town a bit of a wintry day 
Maybe somewhat pleasant if rain holds off (a little possibly now forecast) and sun pops out.
Brissy humid and stormy. Sydney wet, muggy and windy. Melbourne cool, overcast and windy. Hobart cold. Adelaide fine. Seems the pick. Perth scorcher, ouch.
I like this weather, much better than a scorcher.

A guy named āCyclonesOZā, based in Perth. Only focuses on SE QLDā¦. meanwhile Northern NSW gets battered the same or even worse..
There is another channel on their called Severe weather Australia Iām not to sure where there based but they seem to cover a lot more than just Qld.
Yeah I watch him, way better than the rookie. Practically everyone else apart from him does better analysis
Ozcyclones is currently at uni studying meteorology. I could be wrong but Severe weather Aus its either the same or one is qualified and one isnāt. Most of the time with these it can be a mix of all three scenarios.

Severe Weather Australia is led by an experianced storm chaser by the name of Daniel Shaw. He has been storm chasing for over 20 years. He even takes trips to America to chase tornadoes

Yes, he has done some good stuff.
For NSW storms there is āozthunderā and Michael Keene, both based in the Illawarra but often chase inland NSW; theyāve even gone to QLD once or twice.
OzThunder has got some great stuff aswell. I remember a video where he drove right through a microburst. There is a new rookie fella in Southern Sydney by the name of āSouth Sydney Stormsā. He infact recorded one of the loudest thunderclaps on YouTube
