I would assume they weren’t able to cut off Kerri-Anne, although they could’ve possibly aired the programs 30 minutes earlier as a way to fit it in at 10.30, then reschedule the episode of Fresh.

After what WIN did in 2007, I would suggest as part of the subsequent affiliation agreement, Nine would have made sure that WIN had to simulcast it in full to provide national coverage for the advertorial partners.

Late edit: And having another look, that Guide was from 2006, I was thinking 2008 for some reason. Forget the last paragraph.

I wonder if that was the British or American version of This is Your Life GTV9 was showing on Friday night.

It was the American version of the program, hosted by Ralph Edwards. The guest on that night’s episode was Bob Hope.

NIne Perth had The Ellen Degeneres Show at midday, while WIN showed Ellen at 9am.
This was vice-versa for Kerri-Anne show which showed at midday on WIN, while Nine Perth showed Kerri Anne Show at 9am. Very strange to have Kerri-Anne at midday.

“Curse of the Demon” is most likely an “Aweful Movie” with Deadly Earnest hosting. I think 1972 was his last year on Channel 0.

My parents had the Panasonic “The One” large-screen (for its time) TV in 1992, it lasted eight years before the image turned green. Had great stereo sound!

Did George Lopez (3pm on Nine) air in any other markets?
I know was a late night talk show on TBS, ended in 2011 I’m pretty sure.

WIN only took the first episode of Simpsons on Ten, with ACA airing in place of the second.

That would have been his self titled ABC sitcom, not his TBS talk show.

“…and the co-star of Deep Throat”? 7.30 on a Monday night in 1979?
