The programming guide on 10 Play and a number of external online guides I’ve checked (OurGuide, Freeview, YourTV/Nine, Foxtel) suggest that Friday will the final day of Toasted TV segments going to air.
Well the Foxtel guide for next Sunday and the advanced guides on TV Tonight suggests otherwise.
Seems like they have quite the backlog of episodes.
Make of this what you will but along with online guides I’ve checked, the EPG for 10 Peach via terrestrial TV also suggests that Friday will be Toasted TV’s last hurrah with no mention of it in the Saturday morning listings.

I honestly don’t understand why you’re arguing this.
I’m telling you its still in the guides after that and given you two major legitimate sources.
How much more proof do you need?
Because obviously, it seems that some sources are saying one thing while others are saying something completely different!
I didn’t mean to start an argument.
But they’re not. All of the sources you’ve listed only go up to next Saturday.
I’m telling you in guides published after Saturday that Toasted TV is still scheduled into the following week.
Its not scheduled for this Saturday and I can’t explain that but it most definitely is scheduled the next day and into the following week.

I don’t suppose @lexington is able to by any chance? He seems to know stuff about TVQ better than most others around here.
Although of course I’d be understanding if he didn’t know what the go was with the break next Saturday, since there have been several decisions made about Ten’s children’s shows which really make you scratch your head!
OK, I finally get it.
If this is an attempt to stretch out the remaining new episodes, I wonder if Sunday the 27th of September (which taking into consideration a one day break, would result in them reaching their last episode being their 5,000th) could be the final day on-air for Toasted TV?
According to Wikipedia, they’re up to 4,880 episodes.
Id assume the advance guides are templates and they’ve forgotten to delete Toasted.
It stands to reason that Friday is the last day - then again I thought they only worked a week ahead and it would’ve wrapped 4/5 weeks ago.

OK so as it turns out, @David is 100% right. I never intended to intentionally mislead anyone with the posts made yesterday, so apologies if anyone did feel mislead.
Now that we’ve got programming listings in all the 7 day online TV guides (including Ten’s own) and the EPG on terrestrial TV for next Sunday September 13, Toasted TV is in the schedule for that day.
The questions asked earlier still remain: Will Toasted reach the milestone of 5000 episodes? Will the segments remain on-air until 10 Shake is launched (which you’d imagine would have to be fairly soon)? Will Toasted TV do a proper farewell to viewers? Hopefully all these and more will be answered soon.

I wasn’t trying to engage in an argument. All I was trying to do was explain that the show was continuing after Friday according to future guides.

This morning, Toasted TV came to an end after fifteen years and 4,891 episodes.

From the clip i’ve seen online, there was a montage of all the hosts of the show including a brief tribute to their predecessor Cheez TV.
