Awesome vehicles are captivating! Fantus and the Machines combines the experience of cool machines with the narration of loveable mascot Fantus.

The stories are very simple, following a new vehicle in every episode – from excavators and fire engines, to timber trucks, forklifts and garbage trucks.

The show doesn’t focus on the driver, but the vehicle itself and the job it’s doing.

The first season will premiere on CBeebies next week, with the second season set to follow in August. It is distributed globally, excluding Australia and New Zealand, by 9 Story Distribution International.

Julia Donaldson’s Zog coming to ABC Kids in August

The ABC is thrilled to announce the Australian premiere of the brand new series Zog, inspired by the beloved books of Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler. Acquired from BBC Studios, Zog launches at 6:25pm on Saturday 22 August on ABC Kids and ABC iview.

Produced by the award-winning Magic Light Pictures, the animated comedy adventure series follows Zog, Doctor Princess Pearl and Sir Gadabout the Great as they soar across the land treating all their fantastical friends.

Every case tests their abilities, from ogres sprouting mushrooms to unicorns with acute anxiety. The dysfunctional trio always pull together when they need to most, learning to become better doctors, and making their surprising community a happier, healthier place to be.

The new Zog series builds on the phenomenal success of the International Emmy-winning special Zog (2018) and its sequel Zog and the Flying Doctors (2020).

Huge response online to this video

Would love to see a Mortified reboot/sequel.

Amazon Prime have the series. I could see them partnering with ABC to produce a new Mortified. Following Bluey and Do Not Watch This Show, I could see another Australian kids tv show doing well. Especially one set by the Australian beach.
