I’m guessing @TV-Expert used NLA eResources. Are there any external sources confirming the change of 2CC’s format in 1999?

ARN sold 2CC to Capital Radio Network in December 1994, whilst Austereo kept owning 2CA until July 1997, in which it too was sold to Capital Radio Network.

After Capital acquired 2CC, the station was repositioned as an easy listening station, and also introduced some talkback programming, including John Laws. In 1999, it became a full-time talk station.
