Below is a master control room (MCR) at NEP’s Stanley Street facility in Central Auckland.
MCR is the technical hub of a broadcast operation, where the signals from both audio and video pass through prior to transmission. TAB Trackside has been broadcasting from the studios of NEP New Zealand (formerly NZ Live) since 2014.

Nice angle of Coot-tha there - one thing that is always interesting about that mountain is how different it looks from all the different sides. You can now always tell where you are though by the headless BTQ tower

The old TVT6/Tas TV/WIN Television studios in Hobart are going to get a new facelift - and everything else lift (literally with some of the surgery about to occur there). After three attempts the plans to convert it to a hospital have been approved by the council.

WIN have been located in the ABC building in the city for the past several years. I drove past that building last week though and was surprised to see just how many others were in there now. Guess the signage will have to change coming up though, wonder which they’ll remove, the WIN or the Nine logo to replace with the new 10 logo for TDT.

I know the producers of The Block go out of their way to “rough up” the properties before the contestants enter but that’s a bit extreme.

It was similar with House Rules. Sometimes the photos on real estate websites didn’t match the state of the houses.

On YouTube I found what appears to be an illegal tour of the building in late January before it was demolished.
