Looks like Deb Knight has now taken over

Guessing Mark is getting ready for 6pm.

Did Melbourne or Brisbane go to the 5pm Melbourne bulletin, or are they sticking with Deb?

At least ABC broke into Planet America while 10 waited till about 55-50 minutes later.

A pretty stupid post considering the circumstances!

Nowhere.

10 too busy not deviating from its rundown. Surely we don’t need to know about the death of Roberto Cavelli at 5:21pm. Not really news when there’s a major critical incident unfolding.

Seven also showing footage of another man confronting him with a large object (like a barrier pole) on a stopped escalator. The other man is at the top as he tries to go up.

The 9 coverage is going out nationally.

Seven going to ad break.

ABC now reporting a nine month old baby has been taken to hospital with stab wounds

ABC deficient with that terrible Dan Bourchair helming the coverage. He isn’t cut out for live rolling coverage.

Nine have at least 5 reporters covering this live.

I’m guessing since he is on shift he’s the only option ATM.

Meredith Shieean is due to take over at 6pm.

Coverage outside of Sydney finished on Seven.

Seven showed police re-entering the centre for a sweep

Do news directors go to the local bulletins at 6.00pm or do they continue with rolling coverage as the story is still unfolding?

I guess local bulletins will go to local news at 6pm, with special coverage of course.
