If Seven had sport coverage I don’t think that is an excuse to not have coverage. It’s an important story more important than AFL. Put AFL on a multi channel.
When I was watching Seven their coverage was pretty good.
ABC had a very good breaking news backdrop when returning to coverage.
What will happen to 7 and 9’s scheduled programs tonight?

Nine continuing coverage here in Adelaide.
Really it is only the episode of Space Invaders that is seriously affected, likely pushed back to next week. Otherwise it is just movies on Seven and Nine so no real impact.
In regards to the scheduled movies, would there be any alternative ways to watch them or would viewers have to wait until they appear on a multichannel?
Im surprised Nine is still continuing with this in Melbourne and nation wide.

Seems like coverage will continue with mention of another media conference - this one from NSW police commissioner.

The NSW police commissioner is finally fronting the media in the coming hour, so I assume networks will be staying on air for this.
