First look images of The Staircase starring Colin Firth and Toni Collette , The Time Traveler’s Wife starring Rose Leslie and Theo James and limited series We Own This City , have today been released with all three highly anticipated series coming to BINGE, the home of the world’s best shows.
Based on a true story, The Staircase explores the life of Michael Peterson, his sprawling North Carolina family, and the suspicious death of his wife, Kathleen Peterson.
Starring alongside Firth and Collette are Michael Stuhlbarg, Juliette Binoche, Dane DeHaan, Olivia DeJonge, Rosemarie DeWitt, Tim Guinee, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sophie Turner, Vincent Vermignon, Odessa Young and Parker Posey . The eight-episode limited series is written and executive produced by showrunners Antonio Campos and Maggie Cohn. Campos also directs six of the eight episodes. It’s co-produced by Annapurna Television.
The Time Traveler’s Wife, is a six-episode drama series which tells the intricate love story of Clare and Henry, and a marriage with a problem… time travel.
Adapted from the much loved novel by Audrey Niffengger, the cast includes Leslie as Clare Abshire, James as Henry DeTamble, Desmin Borges as Gomez, and Natasha Lopez as Charisse.
This HBO and Warner Bros. Television production is executive produced by Steven Moffat ( Doctor Who, Sherlock ), Sue Vertue, and Brian Minchin through Hartswood Films; Joseph E. Iberti; and David Nutter.
The six episode limited series, We Own This City , premiering 26 April on BINGE , is based on the book by Baltimore Sun reporter Justin Fenton, which chronicles the rise and fall of the Baltimore Police Department’s Gun Trace Task Force.

The official trailer for the brand new pirate comedy series, Our Flag Means Death , starring Rhys Darby and Taika Waititi , has been released ahead of the triple episode premiere 3 March on BINGE. The season continues with three new episodes on 10 March and two episodes on 17 March, leading up to the final two episodes on 24 March.
The unique new comedy is based (very) loosely on the true adventures of 18th century would-be pirate, Stede Bonnet (Darby). After trading in the seemingly charmed life of a gentleman for one of a swashbuckling buccaneer, Stede becomes captain of the pirate ship Revenge. Struggling to earn the respect of his potentially mutinous crew, Stede’s fortunes change after a fateful run-in with the infamous Captain Blackbeard (Waititi). Stede and crew attempt to get their ship together and survive life on the high seas.
In addition to Darby and Waititi, the ensemble cast stars Nathan Foad, Samson Kayo, Vico Ortiz, Ewen Bremner, Joel Fry, Matt Maher, Kristian Nairn, Con O’Neill, Guz Khan, David Fane, Rory Kinnear, Samba Schutte, Nat Faxon, Fred Armisen and Leslie Jones . The comedy hails from writer, showrunner, and executive producer David Jenkins . Garrett Basch and Dan Halsted also serve as executive producers along with Waititi, who will direct the pilot as well in addition to playing Blackbeard.

PEACEMAKER
RENEWED FOR SECOND SEASON ON BINGE
BINGE today announced that the action-comedy series Peacemaker, starring John Cena , has been renewed for a second season.
From The Suicide Squad writer and director James Gunn and producer Peter Safranthe , Season 1 of the eight episode series explores the origins of a compellingly vainglorious man who believes in peace at any cost, no matter how many people he has to kill to get it. Gunn will direct and write all episodes for season two.
Season one cast includes: Cena as Peacemaker, Danielle Brooks as Adebayo, Freddie Stroma as Vigilante, Jennifer Holland as Harcourt, Steve Agee as Economos, Chukwudi Iwuji as Murn, and Robert Patrick as Auggie Smith.

The new series, This is Going to Hurt , starring Ben Whishaw , premieres 1 March on BINGE , with all seven-episodes of the BBC drama dropping at once.
The series is based on Adam Kay’s award-winning, international best-selling memoir of the same name, and is created, written and executive produced by Kay himself. The fictional series is a nuanced and intricate comedy drama populated by fully-drawn, complex characters. It showcases Kay’s own first-hand experiences of his time as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, offering an unflinching and honest portrayal of life on these wards.
At times hilarious, at times devastating, This is Going to Hurt follows Adam (Whishaw), a doctor who we find making his way through the ranks of hospital hierarchy - junior enough to suffer the crippling hours, but senior enough to face a constant barrage of terrifying responsibilities. Adam is clinging to his personal life as he is increasingly overwhelmed by stresses at work: the 97-hour weeks, the life and death decisions, and all the while knowing the hospital parking meter is earning more than him.
Whishaw is joined by newcomer Ambika Mod , Michele Austin ( Meet the Richardsons ), Alex Jennings ( The Crown ), Kadiff Kirwan ( Chewing Gum ), Ashley McGuire ( This Country ), Harriet Walter ( Succession ), Rory Fleck Byrne ( Harlots ) and Tom Durant-Pritchard ( The Crown ).
