The only part that felt live was Mel with the audience.. the cross to the house for the nomination announcement didnât feel live.

It definitely was live. You can see from watching their reactions on the live stream after.
Iâm glad they edited down the nominations, I was actually not looking forward to them being dragged out for an hour episode like the old days. This is much better.

While we are on that, Colin called to diary room âimmediatelyâ in back-to-back days.
Allana said he showed âanxious attachmentâ on the first day. Doesnât help when the person you are closest to is 99% the first evictee.
The group noted that he has been emotional every single night.
I was around for the OG Channel 10 version but never really watched it because my parents werenât a fan of the show, and I was too young to fully understand it. Also never bothered with the Nine and Seven version.
I decided to check out the live stream on Monday and Iâve been hooked ever since. I guess Iâm in the showâs age demographic now. Itâs probably the closest Iâve watched a non-sports program on FTA in years.
Holly is the one I want gone. I donât think Iâd agree with Jane on basically anything politically but weirdly I donât mind her.

I just watched tonightâs episode on 10play. Halfway through the episode an ad for the next BB episode was shown and spoiled the HMs up for eviction. Poor form 10, surely they shouldnât advertise future episodes during the same show you are streaming!

Just watching now. No way these noms were live. Iâm really not enjoying the format of this show. Itâs just off.
Iâm disappointed there is no proper intro with the classic Big Brother theme at the start of each episode. Season 8 did it perfectly with quick flashes of each of the housemates. Even if itâs only 30 seconds; the 3 second intro slide just feels empty.

The nominations themselves arenât, they tried it one year back in the first Ten era and it made for very boring TV. The delivery of the results to the HMs is the live part. But they ruined that with the stupid background music.
I kinda liked how quickly they went through noms tonight, but wouldâve loved more time dedicated to the drama at the dinner, we didnât even see colinâs antics last night, which wouldâve changed what a lot of people think of him.
Annoyed by no Live Cross from Mel to the House to say Hi like Gretel used to, letâs hope more interactivity between the house and Mel come Sunday!
Thank god the stream is back it went down for a moment there.
