Ha. Hardly. Though I love when you get called out on your crap you resort to the delusion fanatic card and personal insults. Nice. Why do you always have to make things personal?
If you want obsessives try out the reddit.

[/quote]I beg to differ. It wasnât a criticism. Youâre welcome to be a fan of this show or any show. The point is, a fan of any show doesnât take well to criticism.
You like what you like and so you keep watching. We like what we like and thatâs why we stopped.
Jbar you like to have personal little digs all the time so sometimes it makes it difficult to read you and your context. I still donât get the fan comment either because I criticised Survivor myself and am certainly not precious enough to get hurt by someone not liking something about Survivor. By all means criticise away just donât pretend you know things when you donât like the comment you made.
Okay. I hope you like the Australian version then.
Thatâs why I use emoticons when Iâm just having a laugh.
Thank you but I doubt I will be watching this beyond the first episode out of curiosity.
I referring to you comments without emoticons.
Well then youâll be able to judge what the US version is currently like except maybe the casting. It looks like it rips it off to a tee.
Anyway⌠so survivor I think looks good.
The show has actually gotten more exciting with time. If you are watching the show for the Survival aspect then the earlier seasons (which were pretty predictable strategy wise) you would have enjoyed. Although the game has evolved. Itâs a completely strategic game now. Much more exciting and unpredictable than the early days. The only criticism I have of recent seasons like has been mentioned is overuse of some of the same locations.
My concern with the Aussie version is that it will backtrack and be more like the earlier seasons, which will not be that exciting.
So this will be in native HD? Thatâs good for ten. Normally just shithouse with HD content.
News Corp has an extensive report on the 24 contestants. They include former Queensland cricketer Lee Carseldine who now runs an aerial drone photography company.
Didnât take long lol
Saw the promo last night, it looks amazing and I havenât watched US Survivor since the first few seasons way back when.
I will definitely give the local version a shot.
What are we tipping⌠once a week or stripped across 2/3 nights?
You would think it musnât be that far away given they are already announcing the cast. Iâm guessing they will jump straight into it post Masterchef (and not wait until after the olympics)
Definitely at least 3 nights a week. Itâs the reason itâs a cast of 24 and filmed over 55 days (compared to US which is usually 18 contestants and 39 days). Most probably Sun-Tuesday and Bachelor Wed and Thurs.
