Thought the original promo said “over 3 weeks” ? This is the 4th week isn’t it?

This is the fourth week. They started Ninja on 8 July 2019.
Ninja Warrior Australia v The World is a one off show for tomorrow night.

Charlie Robbins won $100,000 and the trophy. Although he didn’t reach Mt Midoriyama, he was the fastest and furthest in the season. Kudos to him and Deserved the win tonight.

When Charlie was declared the winner earlier tonight, a lot of people on social media were still not convinced. Some thought they were fooled three years in a row.

No. It finished exactly 3 weeks after it started. Premiere Monday 8th of July and finale Monday 29th July.

Deceptive. I would consider a week starting Sunday, which means it was over 4 broadcast weeks… but anyway

The show ran for 3 weeks. It’s not deceptive at all. What you are saying is deceptive to say that a show ran for 4 weeks because it went 1 day into a new week

2 episodes in week 28 (Mon, Tue)
3 episodes in week 29 (Sun-Tue)
3 episodes in week 30 (Sun-Tue)
2 episodes in week 31 (Sun, Mon)

In 2017, they had 9 episodes in 3 weeks.
In 2018, they had 12 episodes in 4 weeks.
In 2019, they had 10 episodes in 4 weeks.
This year the returning season started on Monday instead of a Sunday due to The voice grand finale.

Good thing the average viewer doesn’t set their calendars by the TV ratings schedule, or else we’d be having so many more holidays

They promoted it as “OVER 3 weeks” not “FOR 3 weeks from the start”, but anyway, it’s how you interpret the statement. I believed it was 3 broadcast weeks and I wouldn’t have been the only one.
I did wonder how it was going to work when SOO was on in the first week…

I didn’t say it went for 4 weeks, I said it went over 4 weeks…

There we go then, it was over (more than) three weeks
