Just a quick question: Is 8:00-8:30 Friday Nights the NRL pre-game?

Well Usually NRL is at 6pm in Australia but here in NZ 2 hours later so the game would be at 8 so the preview is on ATV1

How about Emily Cooper? She is a New Zealand journalist based in London and, in the past, had worked at Newshub and TVNZ before moving to the UK. While working in regional television, she was part of the CTV News team in Christchurch.
Next year, Daniel Faitaua will return to New Zealand and anchor PTV Network’s flagship news programme, PTV National News, five nights a week at 6.30pm (right after the regional news). Tom McRae will anchor the weekend edition at 6pm (except on Saturdays when, during the Bunnings NPC season, it will be shown at 5.30pm).
Daniel is deservedly an incredible journalist and he is doing a great job while, in real life, working for TVNZ as its Europe correspondent.
