IIRC there has rarely been a show focusing solely on the operations of Melbourne Airport (last year SBS showed Inside Sydney Airport). Looking forward to this one.

No, the BBC series Nine aired in the 2000s.
Melbourne Airport posted on social media this morning, also saying the show would premiere in mid June when replying to a question from another poster.

Taskmaster’s season finale is scheduled for Thursday May 29. However, 10 will show the FIFA World Cup Asian qualifier between Australia and Japan on June 5, so the earliest start date for Airport 24/7 will be June 12.

The game is scheduled for 8.30pm so the 7.30pm slot is available
