The AFL should have done what the NRL did. Gradually expand the competition, not have every single team have a AFLW team in a space of a few years. Let those who didn’t have teams build up their development pathways. Not rely so much on players coming across from other sports.

North Melbourne dominated this afternoon’s match against St Kilda at North Hobart Oval, winning by 46 points. The result means the Kangaroos’ winning streak is now at 23, equalling Geelong men’s team’s VFL record set in 1952-53.
