yeah, clearly.
A day after President Donald Trump blew up at ABC News correspondent Mary Bruce and called for the network to lose its broadcast license, the White House amped up its attacks, sending out a press release on claiming that the network is âa Democrat spin operation masquerading as a broadcast network.â
The release runs through a timeline of what the White House claims is âa long, rich tradition of peddling lies, conspiracies, and outright opinion thinly veiled as fact.â
But it underscores Trumpâs anger at Bruce for merely asking his guest at the White House, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, about the 2018 murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi. She later asked the president about the Jeffrey Epstein files.
Hanna Battah has been appointed overnight co-anchor of World News Now and Good Morning America First Look alongside Sophie Flay. The duo debuted yesterday (December 1).
ABC has been tinkering with local news brands recently⌠KGO San Francisco picked up the Eyewitness News name from CBS.
Speaking of which, KABC slightly updated the ABC7 logo to match the others (the network logo now aligns to the middle), and adopted the New York theme a while back iirc.
And KFSN Fresno changed their typeface and uses the same music as NY/LA.
Looks so much better, their old one was so bland and washed out
Easily the biggest local news set in the US if not globally.
I think WPIX might rival it. Some of the locals have really great sets now. NBC O&Oâs seem to persist with smaller ones as they donât have soft sets.
Iâm not sure WPIX even comes close. Their studio is fairly tight like most studios in NYC because space is so limited. That KABC set is sprawling, almost cavernous.
Looks brilliant. Imagine Nine doing something like this that can be used for the Today show as well.
