Not a surprising move though. ABC love to recruit from Nine Darwin⌠Amy Culpitt, Olivana Lathouris, Melissa Mackay etc just to name a few.

Absolutely. As it was a surprise to see Ben Knight read the ABC Victoria 7pm news last night (Sunday).
He may be old, pale and stale (horrible description), but he did a much better job than some of the others.
Tam still MIA after three weeks.

Can they make Ben Knight the permanent presenter of the Victorian 7pm? Will probably work a full week unlike Tam and is much more of a pro (and can wear a dark suit) compared to Iskandar.

Heâs filled-in before.
I do like Tamara - sheâs the best of the lot - but Iâd be happy with Ben Knight or Alexandra Alvaro. Both considerably better than poor old Isk.
A few nights ago, I counted about 6 stumbles/errors before the second story ran. I think two during the opening intro. It did get better from there, but as Iâve said previously, he ought to be better than this by now with the experience that heâs had.

Bridget had a live studio chat with Bob Murphy and Richelle Hunt on ABC Melbourne breakfast today, about meeting the ISIS brides at Doha Airport and what happened during the flight to Melbourne yesterday.
Well evidently not because 10 was also on there.
