Nabil Al Nashar (ex-SBS) started in his new role as ABC federal political reporter earlier this week. He began with ABC as a news reporter with ABC Western Sydney.
Victorian political reporter Bridget Rollason is currently undertaking a three-month fellowship with the World Press Institute learning American journalism.
According to Mediaweek, the ABC has also appointed Claudia Long as its first digital and social politics reporter. Based in the Federal Parliament House Bureau, her focus is on political investigations and policies that have a particular impact on women and young people.

I Believe that is a First for Ellen Fanning, she has been a Presenter in so many Roles such as Nightline, Sunday with Ross Greenwood and 60 Minutes on the 9Network years and years ago.
But in Present Day, she Presents The Drum with her Alternative Presenter Julia Baird and Today. She is Presenting the 7PM Queensland News Bulletin Tonight with Talissa Siganto on Queensland’s Weather.
