Yes, I was thinking about this the other day and assumed he wasn’t back yet. I think the longer it drags on the less it looks good for him but it wouldn’t surprise me if it is all going through lawyers too or waiting to see how other cases go for precedence.

It would be best to assume that Paul no longer has a job at the ABC.
Probably stuck with legal who are working out if they can sack over covid breaches.
Having that play out in my workplace currently, it seems the lawyers are not sure at my employer either. Very complex matter, you have health and safety laws to deal with, things the company was meant to do along the way etc.
Virgin is at the Fair Work tomorrow fighting sacked workers. Lawyers will be watching these cases closely.
