Can’t wait for the address to be delivered during the news, then a recap segment, then 7pm, ACA comes on and goes “We’re standing by to hear from the prime minister…”

You’d assume they’ll do a second edition of the opener live to SA that they can replay everywhere else?

Or they play the address first then go straight to ACA and either the news presenters in each state will say please stand by for the PM’s address to the nation

Good if they do, not shocked if they don’t.
I mean, this isn’t the US. Other than the 4p or 6p, news broadcasts are delayed verbatim - timeliness is expendable. (Except when it has to be.)
