Itās my9 (which you have to sign up for to access 9Now) thatās currently going under maintenance. Existing users can still log in fine as far as I know.
I think Nine is so smart as to geo-restrict the streams to Australia only. I mean I tried the links, even in VLC, didnāt work.
According to the website, all the major capital cities should be available. However people in Tasmania gets Victoriaās feed while ACT users get the NSW stream

The stream looks great, my only gripe is the framerate seems to be a bit lower than broadcast. But thatās not a deal-breaker.
Not surprising considering WIN is the local broadcaster in those areas. Northern Territory viewers are getting Victoriaās feed.
The lower frame-rate is particularly apparent during sporting telecasts. Have been watching 7Live Perth on a Roku and while the picture during the tennis is crisper, the tennis balls donāt exactly appear to flow naturally. This problem should be rectified as technology improves.
For some reason I can only watch nine at the moment will not let me watch any of the other channels!
Thatās because the multichannels arenāt even streaming yet!

How can you change the stream to the other markets. Iām in Sydney and on the iOS app I canāt see where you can flick the stream.
Thereās been members of this forum who have commented/shown that Sevenās streams are in āHDā so I donāt understand this line of criticism. Iāve viewed the 9Now & Plus7 streams and both look very good for a live stream
