The background music needs to go!!
Already failing to âkeep them restricted to the time allowedâ
The âJury Roomâ is very awkward and everyone looks like they donât want to be there. Maybe the balloons are to cheer everyone up. Looks like a rented function room in an RSL.
They have some sort of dial or device. Bring back the worm!!
The lighting seems a little off?!
wonder how theyâll use it? both parties donât like it for some reason
Seven need to stop it with this stupid background music, itâs so cringe and making it seem like a mix of a reality show, breaking news report and an afl hype promo
sounds like The Chase when the person hasnât pushed the button to answer it yet
This is great. You can feel the tension.
The background music is being used as an audio cue to let the leaders know their time to answer the question is about to run out.
While I think the volume is too loud, thereâs a practical purpose behind its use.
I actually really liked this opener. Something different and nostalgic!
The first three debates were a bit stale, and the music and strict time limits seem to be making this one (slightly) more lively too.
I thought Riley would be better. Hes seems to be off his game tonight.
It was disgusting and tacky.
Iâll give seven this.. the format is better than 9. First time they got something over their superior news service.
Sunrise circle desk back out
Good use of that conference/interview room. An intern sent to Woolies today to buy a couple of slabs of water bottles and a few lunchbox chips multi boxes it seems ![]()
Itâs called promoting your product, unfortunately.
AI? Or stock video?
Add more ads in throughout the broadcast.
lmao
Jury room? ![]()
Assuming you live in one of their electorates youâd only be able to vote for one of them anywayâŚ
Either party/ leader. Same difference.
Not really, we donât vote for the leader.
I thought that the intent was for both to have a one minute uninterrupted opening for each topic with the discussion later. Why does Riley keep interrupting?
Is mark riley fucking kidding with trumps mobile phone. This is a stupid line of questioning.
Heâs meant to just be moderating their minutes, how much is he butting in?
IMO it was a reasonable question about how often he is in contact with one of our largest partners, though it couldâve been presented better.
