Phil Coorey is a poor choice. His questioning is disingenuous and biased. He is an LNP apologist.
Is it really a ’debate’ if you ask one question at the politician and then move straight on to the next, without much reply or fact checking? It just encourages them not to answer the question just asked because they still have things to say about the last one.
Allison’s commentary is useless and annoying.

Ali role is meant to be the debate moderator yet she’s more often than not has come across as either a mere presenter or a pundit. It’s bizarre.

Simultaneous interviewing of the two leaders. Is this becoming a more the thing instead of a proper debate? Noticed it a bit the other night too.

Paul Murray criticizing the format and channel 9 and how it was all about them. And to show that Phil Coorey was biased Paul Murray says he was the best person there. Just ridiculous as per usual.
He also accused 9 of being biased to knock out Dutton and that the debate was rigged because of the questions asked. Right out of the Trump play book that the mainstream media is biased.
Rightly so. You only have to look at the copious amounts of branding on the video walls.
