2022 Federal Election - Media Coverage

It’s good but there’s some random camera floating in the background behind Chris Uhluman. It’s an untidy shot.

It puts Seven’s poor effort in 2019 with their virtual set crap in Perth to shame. Nine’s got everything set up properly rather than downloading sets and different textures.

I see the questions but results says NaN%. They will be revealed at the end of the debate.

Wish we had the worm. Much more interesting than listening to Morrision lie on tv.

I’m only seeing:

Seems it’s working on Safari but not Chrome.

Yet I can’t click on the answers in safari.

Morrison as usual going on random tangents about everything. Seriously he has no idea and no vision and clearly he’s trying to see if he can wing it as if people are stupid.

This format is fairly combative. It’s engaging. Much better than the snorefest sky news dish up.

Some debating happening now

He is rattled when he can’t dictate and stage the agenda. He only likes set pieces or press conferences where he can bat away the questions. He can’t do “I don’t accept the premise of your question”.

@MBB Seems to be glitching now for me, not a good look

Not working properly.
I had a question: who do you think will win the election? With 3 choices: coalition, labor, coalition.

I like this, more like the US Presidential Debates. Not that we should bring much of that into our politics, but this is good!

How does the QR code work in WA? Unless the debate is streamed live nationally on 9Now (or shown during Nine News Perth), it is no use for WA viewers to use the code to submit questions.

Might be time to tweet them it’s not working.

EDIT: Seems it’s loading on Chrome now but still cannot vote. Does nothing

Did Sarah Abo actually ask them to ‘commit to truthful answers tonight’?

Have they learnt nothing from the weekends media disgrace?

The questions were better on the Sky debate. The problem with journalists asking questions is a) You pretty much know what issues/questions will be asked and b) How the leaders will respond (ie; predictably and not really answering the question).

Also, the 60 second time limit isn’t enough time for substantive responses.

Not working for me on Safari.

David Crowe asks if Scomo’s seen or heard about any corruption in his party. He said never and he was unaware of any corruption

He’s already jumped the shark but right now I don’t know if he’s a pathetic politician or a terrible comedian.

That was a massive lie. You wonder if this is getting fact checked.

9 doing a much better job of the debate than SkyNews.
