The main ABC ACT newsreader Dan Bourchier was reduced to a reporter on Saturday night. The first cross to him was supposed to be a short update it seemed but he talked forever, leading host Greg Jennett to comment that Bourchier had given a comprehensive report, with Bourchier smirking in response.
