2016 NRL Tipping Competition

Welcome to the 2016 NRL Tipping Competition! The rules will remain the same as previous tipping competitions, however if you are unfamiliar with the rules, here they are below.

  • Two points will be awarded for victories that are correctly tipped. For instance, if you tipped the Warriors to win in a Warriors vs Eels match, you will be awarded two points for tipping the winning team.

  • The same rule applies for a draw, however you will only be awarded one point for correctly tipping the draw. I know that draws are not common in rugby league, but you never know! :slight_smile:

  • Please send in your tips before the start of each round. Experienced tippers who have not tipped before each round, will be awarded a point for each away team victory. For instance, if you did not tip before Round 20 and the Cowboys won away from home, you will be awarded a point (depending on if you were apart of the competition for previous rounds).

  • Also, feel free to join the 2016 NRL Tipping Competition at any time!

No, you’re not. Anyone can send their tips in until 7.30pm (AEDT) tomorrow. Because of the late notice (and I apologize about it), I will award everyone two points for tonight’s Eels vs Broncos match. So regardless of which teams wins or loses, everyone will receive two points for tonight’s match. :slight_smile:

I admit that I accidentally made a few errors and I apologize for the confusion, but there is no need for some of you to jump on the bandwagon. It is only natural that everyone makes mistakes, especially seeing as though the opening round was “skipped” and the competition started at the last minute. I didn’t have to run this tipping competition, you know. If you’re not happy with the way that it is being run, then don’t participate. Please be patient. I have now fixed all of the mistakes and addressed the issues at hand.
