I’d like to see more of this as well. The commercial networks have so much content just sitting there waiting to be monetised. Not just drama and reality either, there are game shows, sketch comedies, lifestyle shows and news specials as well. FAST attracts the casual linear viewer, which would have to be mostly older people who would enjoy these classic re-runs.

7+ is on the right track with this I think. They’ve now got A Country Practice, Blue Heelers, All Saints, etc but just drama. They need to expand the genres.

I would say 10Play are too with some of these channels under the PlutoTv banner,

Have 10 promoted any of these changes and the launch of Pluto branding on 10play?

Well it’s early days but they’ve sent out press releases and it’s been fairly widely reported in media sites.

I received an email from 10 play today, there’s also articles on the website and it’s pretty hard to miss the channels themselves on the homepage.

No doubt will see them roll out some promos for the channels at some point.

I see that MTV Classics is one of the channels that was on the image posted by David. Is this the music channel that was recently on Foxtel and fetch tv?

MTV Classics never eventuated. If I was to guess, it was going to be MTV Classics back when that list was curated, but they settled on MTV Retro (probably due to the Classics name being too familiar in Australia?)

MTV Retro shows old school stuff like Pimp My Ride, Punk’d, etc. No music. The only back-to-back music channels are MTV Biggest Pop and MTV Love.

Saw this comment on TV Tonight

Last time I left the Prisoner channel on, they were playing episodes in reverse order. In the 3 or 4 episodes I left on, I saw a prisoner get released in the 1st one, then that same prisoner still inside on the 2nd one, then the 3rd on she wasn’t there until brought in for induction half way through the 3rd episode I left on.

I found where I saw the update. Please see image proving it was updated the week before last.

Date 24 August. I said I saw it last Friday, which this image proves I did.

Image from the Google Chromecast TV.

Never doubted or disputed what you saw elsewhere, merely that the update had only happened on the website plus iOS devices the day prior to the channels launching.

So the MTV 10play Love music channel literally just played Unchained Melody back to back with no other songs. Am sticking with it for a few mins to see if they go for 3.

Did Nova get a hold of they play out?

Update: they didn’t, Pete Cetera got in the way

WOW - Women Of Wrestling Returns To 10 Play For A New Season. Welcoming To The Ring New Superheroes And Returning Favourites, Including Former WOW World Champion The Beast.

WOW – Women Of Wresting Premieres Sunday, 17 September At 9am On 10 Play.

WOW – Women Of Wresting, the world’s premier all-female sports entertainment entity, will return for season two streaming on 10 Play from 9am Sunday, 17 September.

Season two is set to pack a punch with former WOW World Champion The Beast making her triumphant comeback to the ring after a long and intense rehab from her broken leg, along with a stellar roster of new and returning WOW Superheroes.

Co-owned by trailblazing sports executive Jeanie Buss and David McLane, who is the founder of the original GLOW: Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, WOW – Women Of Wrestling was launched last year in national syndication by Paramount Global Content Distribution, streaming on 10 Play in Australia.

Season two saw The Beast sidelined with first a broken ankle from an in-ring injury. Following her clearance to return to wrestling, a devastating tibia fracture resulting from an unknown assailant attack in the parking lot of the venue, ultimately caused The Beast to relinquish her championship title.

WOW held a 10-wrestler Championship Gauntlet match to determine the new WOW World Champion. This championship match held in the Los Angeles Convention Centre along with other matches, saw Penelope Pink crowned as the new WOW World Champion and Miami’s Sweet Heat (Laurie and Lindsey Carlson) defeating Coach Campanelli and Randi Rah Rah for the WOW World Tag Team Championship rematch.

Season two will introduce all new Superheroes: punk rocker Rebel Haze; cheerleader Patty Pep; hip-hop dancer Lil J Boogie; East Hampton Dog Show champion Goldie Collins; feline lover Katarina Jinx and the high-flying Mighty Mights.

Joining The Beast are returning favourites Kandi Krush, Tiki Chamorro, Tormenta and Australia’s own Princess Aussie for a chance to dethrone current world champion Penelope Pink. Tag teams The Tonga Twins, Reina Del Rey and Wrecking Ball, Team Spirit Ariel Sky and Coach Campanelli as well as Spring Break 24/7 Sandy Shore and Sydney’s own Crystal Waters will be battling for tag team dominance, with ring stars Adriana Gambino and Santana Garrett also returning to WOW. Australian WOW Superhero, Genesis, will also be returning.

“The previous season of WOW – Women Of Wrestling brought in our largest audience ever and helped further showcase our inspiring and empowering brand of professional wrestling both domestically and internationally,” said WOW co-founder David McLane.

“With the triumphant return of The Beast and the new additions to the WOW Superheroes roster, this season promises to be our biggest and most competitive yet!”

Jeanie Buss, co-owner of WOW – Women Of Wrestling, said: “Being a part of this empowering group of women has been one of the biggest privileges of my career. I’m so thrilled that the WOW fans continue to tune in every week to watch our WOW Superheroes in action and can’t wait for the show to reach an even bigger fanbase with the new dramatic twists and turns and elite athleticism we have set for season two.”

It has been interesting watching the first season of judge judy . Still the same type of cases but they seemed more polite and dressed well in the US back then.:grinning::grinning:

There’s a lot of crap then that she didn’t put up with in later years of the show.

I was trying to watch the Judge Judy channel yesterday afternoon. I turned it on and kept getting “we will be back from an ad soon” then black then a repeat of that again … not sure if the show finished early and they had run out of ads?

The Brady Bunch channel was weird … Marcia has a crush on her dentist and he had tickets to the ballet and she was going with him or something . Not sure i didn’t keep watching.

IMDB review “Why the heck would the writers think it was okay to promote the idea of a 15 year old girl wanting to hook up with an older man. I’m surprised Robert Reed agreed to do this episode. It’s just one giant creep fest.”

There is a slide on all channels because the US has ads and there is no buyers here.

Maybe you should have watched it rather than jumping to conclusions.

The synopsis from IMDB is:
Marcia has a crush on her new dentist, which only intensifies when she mistakes an opportunity to babysit for him as a date with him to the ballet.

A classic sit-com misunderstanding, where she thinks she’s been invited to go on a date with him but he’s expecting her to babysit his children. Probably not the type of storyline a sitcom would pursue today but you have to remember this was made 50 years ago.
