Here’s a sneaky way to get to the airport for 50 cents - take the train to Toombul Station or a bus to Ninth Avenue, Toombul, and take the Brisbane Airport operated shuttle bus for free. Boom - 50c!

Flying out of OOL. Hoping the airport there isn’t as chaotic as last time eg. no seats, people sitting on the floor everywhere.

Coolangatta is a hellhole when it’s busy like that, hey. I used to fly out of there sometimes as an alternative to BNE as it was often a fair bit cheaper, but with the distance and the chaos it’s just not worth it. Though at least the public bus does drop you at the door.
