Seven had an easy win last night as Thursday Night AFL saw Collingwood narrowly beat Carlton to open round 6. The average of 715k was up 50k from last week’s game. Alternate programming on Seven saw Highway Patrol with 319k and Britain’s Got Talent that was up to Audition Show 6 with 203k.
In NRL Thursday Night Footy the Sea Eagles easily defeated the Cowboys with Nine’s coverage managing just over 600k to be down almost 100k week-on-week. AFL states had programming on including RBT with 242k.
Gogglebox Australia’s penultimate episode of the season was down 75k to 445k for 10. Following, The Claudia Winkleman Show then premiered to 200k
Back Roads was at 8pm on ABC with 411k. Grand Designs Season 23 then held on to nearly all of that audience to premiere with 409k.
At 6pm Seven News had 1.376m to lead Nine News by almost 200k. At 5pm Tipping Point with 776k was again well clear of The Chase that had 626k for a margin of 150k.
The 7pm contest saw a win for ABC News, topping 900k to be 60k clear of A Current Affair while Home and Away did well to get 821k and make the top five.
Sunrise had earlier dominated breakfast with 448k ahead of Today with 320k and News Breakfast with 249k.
