I think some of the CBD microwave links are shared between all broadcasters which is probably why the ATV test card sneaks in.
I assume their Dejeros are not shared so you would not see a Dejero feed from another network. And I don’t think all networks use Dejero anyway. Nine definitely do.

Ten uses Dejero, Seven uses TVU and the ABC use LiveU units. Basically all provide the same function, just different brands or technologies.
The stations do sometimes go in to pooling arrangements so exchanging footage with each other is quite common.

Not really. It’s pretty common (at least in Melbourne) for networks to pool vision with each other.

The ATV test card would be there because of news exchange… it wouldn’t be going out from a link truck.
As for ENG links, it’s generally accepted that stations don’t tune into the frequencies of others. It’s actually a breach of the license to transmit on that freq unless requested to do so.
