The worst? Maybe i’m blind but IMO it’s not as bad as you guys have been making out…
Not “the worse” just one of the lower-order 10NF sets in use, could use a bit of love, as IIRC is still unchanged since the Ten Eyewitness News - First at Five days.

Which one is studio 1A? Where the Cheap Seats films? 
If I’m not mistaken, it’s the project studio. I honestly can’t remember, though.
Makeover in what way? New set for The Project or some technical upgrades?
