They are already showing it a day late as it is. There’s no excuse for not showing a new episode at 6am.
They used to pick it up from the satellite and show it later that day. But they haven’t been doing that for the last few years. The new episode screens more than 24 hours after the American screening.
So if they pick it up today at 11am (7pm on the east coast USA), surely they can screen it on 10 at 6am tomorrow.
A bit ironic that Entertainment Tonight is the only show with this oddity yet it’s the only show with new episodes through daytime as everything else is repeats.
Not much effort has been put into this. No hosts or presenters, not even supers of what song is playing. Literally random Christmas songs from all eras.

David Attenborough documentary Parenthood premieres on Thursday January 15, according to a new promo shown tonight.
But on Christmas Day, they couldn’t be bothered picking it up off the satellite. 
They screened it at 6am this morning and another new episode at 10am.

First 30 minute version of 10 News+ - means The Late Show isn’t so late. Otherwise a very weak schedule.
Apart from the first run episode of The Graham Norton Show and the FTA screening of Love It or List It, it is a very poor schedule.
Welcome back 10 News+. With the revamped 30 minute editions. That will be followed by double repeats of Deal or No Deal…
Love It Or List Is Aus has two new episodes airing - Monday and Saturday. Just leave it on Saturdays, where this (and Selling Houses) has found some success, instead of rushing through the season.
On Wednesday morning will be the last CBS This Morning on 10. To be replaced with more Home Shopping starting from Thursday next year. 
Bummer. Assuming the rights ran out. But a shame that the one thing that is new in the mornings for 10 is now gone. Even if it aired at the super early slot of 4.30am.
No Entertainment Tonigjt next week on the main channel if I’m correct reading TV Tonight’s advance guide.
Matlock repeats airing 10am-12pm (the revival series), and new game show The Finish Line at 2.30.
Lingo is staying at 3.30 (which I’d assume is its new timeslot).
Also, it seems like they’ve lost the rights to Judge Judy. It hasn’t been in the guide for the last few weeks. 7flix still has it in the guides (and a FAST channel on 7+). Those episodes I think were more recent than the ones on 10. Last time a few months ago when I watched it on 10, it was from 2013 or 14.
That will leave NBC Today as the sole remaining American breakfast show on Australian TV.

Sign of the financial troubles. Drama still has 8 hours of home shopping daily.
New episodes still on at 6am by the looks of it.
