It had massive competition. Even if it was screened on a weekend afternoon or a multichannel, it’s better than never showing it. Why do you want to deny the chance to those who are interested?
As someone else implied, They may not show the remaining episodes to avoid contractual obligations in relation to prize money.
Then again they showed the last season of TBL and that rated just as bad… and had a bigger cash prize!

Yeah, Seven tried it recently by airing the shelved S2 of Spartan on 7mate… Was sent to late night after a couple of eps. It’s sad for the production crew and a waste of money, but an audience of an asterisk is not what advertisers would want.

I don’t want to deny them. If it airs they can watch them.
I’m intrigued as to why people keep asking when they’ll air the episodes. It’s gone. Don’t hold out false hope. But I want to know specifically with examples why they want these unaired episodes to be shown.

I don’t think Changing Rooms on 10 involve prizemoney. However, I am not sure if contracts with participants disallow them to show off the renovations to their family and friends before the episodes air on TV.
So you think the contestants are not allowed to have visitors around to their house until the episodes air?

Maybe people are asking because they were hoping they would air over summer? They would certainly be better then Jamie’s various shows and whatever other repeat programs 10 are showing over the next few weeks.

Yeah I agree. It is a pity they didn’t try it again on Wednesdays and Thursday now. Couldn’t do worse than what they are currently airing.

I can see why people have mentioned Changing Rooms. Most things wrapped already and whatever is left wraps week starting Dec 15. Only thing they will have left is Graham Norton and 1 episode of NCIS. Changing Rooms better than nothing. Also they still have not aired the final season of Elementary.

Make it two episodes of NCIS. The mid season final / Christmas episode is scheduled to air in the US on December 17. 10 has the option of fasttracking that episode before the Christmas break.
Just 1. Episode 9 scheduled for tonight and ep 10 on 17th as you say. That is it.

People are asking for Changing Rooms, because its NEW Australian content, and is better than watching Jamie Oliver shows and Bondi Rescue + Ambulance repeats.

i Just can’t see them doing if they haven’t actually aired it. There must be a reason, possibly due to costs. But I would have preferred 10 launch this after the bachelorette finished and promoted again. If it only got 200-300k then so be it, it would still be about the same as unicorn, Jamie and Bondi and at least be new and continue to fulfil their 50 week promise.
