Well I don’t… but I do recall him being called Woi and Woiwod (rather than David) on his many crosses as a reporter over the years.
A pre-record might I suggest?

By the same token, I’ve noticed they call him David a lot more now compared to when he first started in the role. So, the complaints weren’t just on this forum it seems.
Yeah he’s been Woiwood for years, the Woi thing was just weird.

We don’t have national figures from previous years to compare. Probably up slightly on last year, down on years before that though - week 2 of 2023 averaged 250k metro. Today is also up on last year with News Breakfast haemorrhaging viewers to the commercials.
