According to the Inside Mail column re Natarsha Belling:

The newsreader last week abruptly quit her gig co-hosting Triple M Sydney’s breakfast show alongside hirsute former rugby league identities Beau Ryan and Aaron Woods, after little more than a month in the chair.

Still, her resignation raised eyebrows at Seven with speculation running rife she might soon be going head-to-head against Sydney stalwart Ann Sanders.
The autocue icon has been presenting bulletins for the network for the better part of 40 years. But she lost her morning news gig in January after Belling was brought in to host the new national news push at noon.
Is she at risk of being replaced in the afternoon as well? Well, we asked around and were assured the answer is a resounding no.
Sanders will most definitely still be fronting Sydney’s 4pm bulletin in three years when her 40th anniversary at the network rolls around in 2028… provided she’s happy to keep on doing it, we’re told.

Katrina co-anchored in Brisbane on Friday again this week, with Sam on 4pm. So, perhaps they’ve realised that consistency is important.

They should go back to that format permanently the ratings haven’t increased that much if at all since the dual presenter format started. Not that anything needed to change in the first place.

Disagree. Mark is a much better presenter with Ange by his side.
