I think Seven’s stronger performance on weekends dates back to as early as the Tracey Challenor years, though got better when Sharyn Ghidella joined the network in 2007.

Yep, but weekends have generally been stronger IIRC since they put Kay and Rod on weekends for Sharyn and Bill on weeknights.

No they were stronger before that. Sharyn used to get 400k+.

Sorry - what I meant was that AFAIK weekends have been stronger than weeknights since 2013.

The effect dissipated. By 2023, Seven was rating lower on the weekends than during the week.

The weekend numbers have been much weaker in the last year or so. Seven would rarely lose a weekend in Brisbane. It’s rarer for them to win these days.
