Mike Amor has been a refreshing change these last few nights in Melbourne.
Don’t get me wrong, Peter Mitchell’s a great presenter, but Mike comes across as much more relaxed on-air than Mitch, and can easily banter and chat to the other presenters.

Is it really a surprise that Samantha Heathwood will be taking up a reporting position at Seven? Between Sharyn Ghidella, Katrina Blowers and Kendall Gilding I don’t think there would’ve been many opportunities for Sam to present on Seven’s news set.
Also knowing Nine News Queensland’s well documented content quality issues, I don’t really blame her for seeing a brighter future elsewhere!
