Is it just me or have they really gotten the emphasis wrong on this title card? Surely 2024 YEAR IN REVIEW is the key phrase over THE SEVEN below a 7News logo? The whole thing is just bizarre.

Interesting Melbourne has Tim (about to depart anyway) and Jane on the end-tag with Peter but not Mike or Bec, but Sydney has Angela with Mark but not Mel and Angie.
Could be to focus on pushing the anchor(s) especially the new team? Also wonder if they feel Tim and especially Jane are equal assets in Melbourne?
It was reported or mentioned somewhere when Seven had their impressive wins in 2022 and/or 2023 (or maybe it was when they did really well in 2019) that the 2nd half hour particularly the sport and weather segments were a key driver to the bulletin and over GTV’s product, not sure how accurate that is though.
