Adelaide is now using the new headline graphics for the 4pm bulletin.
Liked the old one’s better, were the right size, and didn’t have a blank space at the bottom.

Used for collecting paper recycling, you could always see them tucked behind the desk looking into the Martin Place studio from the street.

The “SCANDAL” spreads.
Blooper at the start of the 6pm news in Adelaide tonight. The opening footage and graphics of the top story stayed on for a bit too long, meaning that when it switched to the next story, the presenters had moved onto the story after. They caught up in time for the opener.
The lower third was already too big and now they’ve made the font bigger. Sydney’s dark version is the right style:
“Let’s put everything on an angle”
‘even the top line that says coming up?’
“oh no just cut that off square”

Never been a huge fan of the current look. It’s all a bit regional news-esque.
A particular OCD is the 7 News logo not animating properly when it transitions between the normal and website variant - the logo appears to disappear for a few frames just before the red swipe.
