In Queensland Sunrise continues to 9am then The Morning Show then Seven Morning News at 10.30am then the special local news at 11:00 am.
Seven aren’t taking the media conference/update from QFES, unlike 9 this morning.
It took them 3 minutes to cover up the clock showing AEDT…
Local morning news for Queensland
Garry Youngberry from Nine seen in the background of a live cross - on The Weather Channel
Paul Burt on the afternoon news drenched and continuing to stand out in the elements while reporting. Serious question, why do they do this? Is there some level of credibility to it? Because to me, they just look completely stupid.
And as part of the reporting you will here “the police have asked people to stay off the streets”.
Then at the end of the cross the anchors will say “Stay safe Paul”.

Studio looks dark tonight
“My camera man and I are under an awning to safety bring you this report”.
Looks dull
Do you want them to turn on a wind machine to make the studio more exciting? ![]()
How would a wind machine improve the darkness?
At least it wouldn’t be “dull”! They could add some lightning flashes for you. ![]()
Any prime time coverage?
A comedy routine?
Anyone who actually goes boating would have proper wet weather gear and not be dressed like that…
