Most likely an error since Perth is scheduled to get a repeat on Sunday.

Seven probably just expect 2-3 day tests now, lost revenue, make goods and pre emptions. A traditional 5 day test would be unheard of to them LOL.

This test probably ends tonight. India 5 wickets down and still 29 runs behind. They will need another 200+ runs to make it go to a 4th day. So I can definitely see it ending tonight

If an early wicket, or two, falls and Australia get a sniff, it could be over in the 1st session within hours, say during the news on the east coast. Which, despite Day 1 and 2 significantly improved and great audiences plus local crowds, would still be another huge let down for Seven. But might manage another full day including the headline Sunday prime time, so we’ll see.

It’s unfortunate that Sydney and Melbourne viewers will again miss out on the primetime broadcast of a new season of Beat the Chasers UK, and will have to see the episodes on 7plus or wait for the afternoon screening sometime in 2025.

To be fair, tomorrow night’s schedule shouldn’t do too bad, given that Nine and Seven both have scheduled similar programs (RBT on Nine, Motorway Patrol, Highway Cops on Seven) for part of the evening.
Seven’s Tuesday schedule though will probably struggle against the Travel Guides repeat on Nine
