Why is the same episode of Australia’s Most Dangerous Prisoners listed twice?
There was some confusion about episode numbers as the show is being shown out of order , but does anyone really care - two different episodes are being shown on consecutive nights and they will be different.

They were listed in the guide as episode 4 first then episode 6

With the passing of Dame Maggie Smith, wouldn’t be surprised to see some Saturday schedules amended at short notice today, in tribute. As networks here have often done well over the years.
I noted on Knoxy’s tribute story on TVT, that Seven for example could quickly edit a “Sister Act” promo or something during today’s Grand Final and air the beloved movie after it tonight, what a lead-in and timing, before anyone says anything… Another movie was already scheduled anyway (The Martian) and they’ve usually aired films on GF night. Yes, probably a waste, but against an NRL Prelim this year too.
Or Harry Potter?

They could always slot something onto a multichannel as an alternative - they did the same a few years ago when one of the actors from The Sound of Music died.

A little disappointed that Seven haven’t adjusted their schedule for a Maggie Smith film but anyway. It is what it is.

They did play Sister Acts recently, at least some markets. Maybe Best and/or Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, if they still have or another network has those rights? Also has Judi Dench with her on screen.
Could slot one in next Friday or Saturday - not much sport on FTA so may get more viewers then.
Hopefully someone does something for such an amazing actress - even if it’s on a multichannel.

This really seems like a flat, weak line-up post AFL GF… 1% repeat and movie re-run at a weird 8pm start time. I realise one-sided GF where many possibly would’ve tuned-out hours ago and an NRL Prelim, but still.
Seven News in Melbourne went until nearly 7:15pm, maybe trying to tactically keep as many viewers as they can, both for extra prime time share and to stop channel changing/switching off?

Noticed Grant Denyer on 7Two on MDM this morning, interesting how they continue to air former talent, other examples include Shelley Craft (Great Outdoors re-runs prior to 2008 repackaged in 2019 for ‘Great Escapes’ often aired overnight on 7Two) and Simon Reeve also MDM on 7Two.
