Four nights of 90min episodes are definitely riveting TV.
Four episodes of The Farmer Wants a Wife is a brave move by Seven, but better than airing repeats of Highway Patrol.
Have Channel 7 decided not to air in Brisbane Saturday week?
They are probably awaiting confirmation from the AFL as to whether the Brisbane Lions v St Kilda game at the Gabba will be played in the Saturday night timeslot.
AFL games info was updated in Seven’s latest schedule - see above. Not sure if it is still accurate and whether the COVID outbreak will cause further changes.
Still accurate. There is a high chance the venue for Gold Coast v Richmond on Thursday night may change but the timeslot should remain the same.
Update: The Rookie Season 3 will now debut with a double episode.

Harry & William: What went wrong?
Wednesday 14 July
ITV’s ‘ Oprah with Meghan and Harry’ laid bare a rift between Princes William and Harry that it seems has simmered for years. Yet, when the Princes were younger, they were hailed as the future of the Royal Family, inseparable brothers with a bond between them that was forged as they supported one another through the trauma of the tragic loss of their mother, Diana. So, what has gone wrong between them?
By speaking to key royal insiders, this documentary will attempt to get to the bottom of this royal rift, and in doing so explore issues that go to the heart of the debate about the future of the monarchy.
It will explore how the trauma of the loss of their mother helped shape the Princes, but also how the very public divorce of their parents helped shape William, and how both Princes view the media.
It will explore how the traditional way of doing things within the Royal Family was shaken by the arrival of Meghan - an independently successful woman, a passionate campaigner, - and how this has affected the attitudes of William and Harry to one another.
It will reveal tension before Harry’s engagement to Meghan and explore allegations that many of the negative stories about Harry and Meghan were the result of briefings from within the palace.
Conjoined Twins
Thursday 15 July
“You get excited if you’re pregnant. You go to the doctor’s appointment and they say you have two babies that are conjoined… I was prepared to bury my children the day that they were born. And then they don’t die. I guess it was kind of a shock seeing them together - but I fell in love when I first saw them.” - Chelsea Torres, mum to conjoined twins Callie and Carter
This new two-part documentary for ITV explores the amazing world of conjoined twins, discovering how families cope with the extraordinary circumstance of being parents to the rarest of babies - one out of every 200,000 live births.
Narrated by Sheridan Smith, this documentary features three-year-old twins Callie and Carter from Idaho, who are fused from the chest down with two legs between them, and whose parents Nick and Chelsea Torres only have a few months left to decide whether to opt for separation.
They meet still-conjoined and now separated twins on their quest to make the best decision for their children. Cameras follow the work of leading British doctors at Great Ormond Street Hospital as they try to separate conjoined twins over four nail-biting operations.
And the programme explores the extraordinary lives of the twins still joined together around the world, including Krista and Tatiana who share so much of their brains they can see out of each other’s eyes.
With parents facing impossible decisions over whether t go for separation surgery, this documentary goes up close with the twins to discover what their unique relationships are like with their siblings - and how the dynamic works once they are no longer conjoined.
2-part documentary with Seven showing both parts.
When will these air in VIC / WA / TAS / SA?
Official AFL app now has a warning with advance timeslots blank (even for this week), due to the current coronavirus situation around the country. Not ideal for advance network programming planning I guess and in Seven’s case where 7mate is utilised heavily and many split schedules:
They’ve had this since the first postponed games last year.
I reckon they will air on 7mate or 7TWO.
What happened to Seven’s Sunday spotlight, they decide not to air it?
The series has finished. It was only supposed to air for a few weeks.
The AFL fixture for Round 17 has finally been locked in. Seven’s games are as follows:
Thursday, July 8
Port Adelaide v Melbourne at Adelaide Oval, 7.10pm ACST, Seven
Friday, July 9
Essendon v Adelaide at Marvel Stadium, 7.50pm AEST, Seven
Saturday, July 10
Brisbane v St Kilda TBC, 7.25pm AEST, Seven
Sunday, July 11
Western Bulldogs v Sydney at Marvel Stadium, 3.20pm AEST, Seven
There is also a Monday night game featuring the Eagles which will be shown live into Perth (likely on 7mate)
Update: Royal special moved to Sunday from Wednesday, now showing in all markets.
